Born in St. Louis, Dwayne and Dwight Bosman‘s passion for jazz started at an early age, performing professionally as The Bosman Twins by age 14. Over the years, they have shared their love of music and the stage with entertainment legends Freddie Cole, Branford Marsalis, Fontella Bass, and the late trumpeter, Lester Bowie. Whether performing with their own band or accompanying other notable jazz professionals, their unique style and renditions of jazz, rhythm and blues, funk and gospel have earned them national and international acclaim.

Doo-Wop Memories: A Vocal Tribute to the Classics

Get ready to relive the golden age of doo-wop with Marty Abdullah as he presents Doo-Wop Memories: A Vocal Tribute to the Classics. This nostalgic performance, part of the Coffee Concert Series, takes place at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center on April 15th at 10:30 AM.

Marty will transport you back in time with beloved hits from iconic groups like Little Anthony and the Imperials, Frankie Lymon and the Teenagers, The Drifters, The Platters, and more. With smooth harmonies and timeless tunes, this show promises to celebrate the magic of doo-wop music.

Two women wash up on a distant shore following a boating accident. Dazed by their experience, they look for a path home. But they discover that this unfamiliar land is not what it seems — and that, though they may be together, they have never been further apart. A deeply moving, lyrical meditation inspired by the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice.
